About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Brand Campaign Manager for Wild Fork Foods that reports onsite to the corporate office in Doral, Florida. We're looking for a Retail Brand Campaign Manager to help bring our brand to life at every consumer touchpoint—in-store, online, and everywhere in between. This highly cross-functional role blends brand campaign planning, project management, creative development, and executional coordination, with a focus on retail marketing and omnichannel performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in building and delivering omni-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Partner with Director of Brand Strategy & Campaign to plan, brief, and execute full-funnel campaign initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle across key channels.
  • Align cross-functional partners on timelines, deliverables, and campaign goals.
  • Develop and manage 30-60-90 campaign planning tools.
  • Coordinate brand asset creation and delivery.
  • Lead development of store signage and in-store marketing assets.
  • Ensure ecommerce assets align with campaign priorities.
  • Support product launches and regional retail-specific promotions.
  • Drive marketing workstream coordination and status tracking.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions.
  • Manage campaign budget tracking and monthly accruals.
  • Maintain asset usage rights tracking and content libraries.
  • Support campaign recaps and optimization plans.
  • Help build campaign planning documentation.
  • Partner with Field Marketing to scale campaigns nationally and locally.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand, campaign, or marketing project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel campaign planning and retail brand execution.
  • Experience coordinating with creative teams, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Proficient in managing timelines, budgets, content calendars, and asset workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail environments and store communications.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Ability to perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs dictate.
