The Retail Brand Specialist at NIKE, Inc. is a key player in planning and executing seasonal initiatives, sport moments, and retail excellence. Key Responsibilities

Play a critical role in planning and executing Nike seasonal initiatives, sport moments, and foundational retail excellence.
Assist in the development and communication of retail marketing plans, briefs, and project tracking tools to ensure effective execution across the marketplace.
Support seasonal product ordering, event logistics, and overall project and agency coordination with planning and operations partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2+ years of marketing or retail experience, preferably within Small-Large Fleet or vertical retail environments.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, reporting, and data analysis.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to problem-solve, pivot quickly, and drive team success.
Passion for marketing, storytelling, collaboration, and the culture of sport.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to Have

Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Visual Merchandising, Brand Management, Digital Platform teams, and Store Business partners.
Experience in retail marketing within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
