Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced lead generation strategies for high-value clients.
  • Manage relationships with strategic prospect accounts and improve client engagement processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Use data insights to inform strategic business decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate and mentor a support team to meet and exceed business development goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills and experience managing multiple accounts.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders, written and oral.
  • Time management and planning skills to manage multiple demands and align on strategies.
  • Consultative approach and ability to sell through adversity.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Proven experience in the SaaS and technology industries.
  • Extensive knowledge of retail solutions and industry needs.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative growth strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in using data analytics to guide strategy.
  • Track record of exceeding performance and revenue targets.
  • Experience leading successful cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 7 years of selling experience.
