That's why we're seeking a qualified Revenue Development Manager (RDM) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. The RDM will manage the beginning of the sales cycle, from prospecting for leads to qualifying them and booking meetings. RDMs are the first point of contact for potential customers and are responsible for educating them about the business. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal RDM has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales executives for success.
