Job Description

About the Role

This is a hybrid position. You will be required to work from a Wolters Kluwer office in the U.S. on a weekly basis. The role involves supporting sales and marketing initiatives within Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America, contributing to business growth through operational tasks, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The company focuses on delivering integrated workflow solutions and active intelligence to professionals in the tax and accounting industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update marketing and sales materials, including presentations and brochures
  • Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results for improvements
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive sales records and customer databases
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support their ongoing needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or 2 or more years of relevant sales/business development experience without a degree
  • 1 or more years' experience in a comparable sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role
  • Demonstrated track record of success and achievement in a sales/business development role
  • Analytical skills to analyze sales data and campaign performance
  • Intermediate research skills for conducting and interpreting market research
  • Ability to coordinate sales and marketing projects effectively
  • Understanding of CRM software tools
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and find solutions
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Written communication skills for producing clear and persuasive sales documentation

Nice to Have

  • 6+ months experience working with software/SaaS solutions or other relevant digital/technical products in a non-manufacturing/Retail or service-related industry

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or 2 or more years of relevant experience
