Our growing Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) organization focuses on applying Celestica's advanced capabilities, knowledgeable people and innovative tools to enable companies in the industrial and smart energy markets with highly complex, mission critical applications to improve their competitive advantage. We are currently expanding our ATS Sales organization and are seeking a senior sales leader to help drive growth and shape the future of a high performance, growth-oriented business unit. The role involves leading sales efforts in the Capital Equipment market, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the semiconductor and equipment OEM markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong and long-lasting insight-based relationships with customers and identify mobilizers.
  • Act as the primary sales interface for several accounts on a regional basis.
  • Investigate potential new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Hunt for new target accounts and expand the customer base.
  • Gain competitive intelligence and tie insights back to Celestica's market strengths.
  • Create opportunities to provide a unique and contrarian perspective during commercial conversations.
  • Deeply understand customer's business, macro and microeconomic trends, industry trends, and potential new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
  • Engage customers by linking their business priorities to Celestica's value propositions.
  • Manage the overall customer relationship process and support business development in planning and executing account strategies.
  • Act as the customer advocate to ensure a customer-focused approach.
  • Serve as the main focal point during the sales process, understanding customer needs, managing requests, and delivering proposals and RFQ responses.
  • Maintain a minimum revenue accountability and grow margin achievement for personal sales quota, establishing value before ROI/financial terms.

Requirements

  • Strong history of winning business engagements and key decision maker contacts in Semiconductor and Capital Equipment markets.
  • Understanding of technology road maps, products, and services for wafer handling technology and equipment OEMs such as Lithography, deposition, etching, cleaning, wafer bonding, inspection platforms.
  • Experience in solutions selling methodologies such as Challenger Sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management, and professional sales skills.
  • Ability to work on and close multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Experience in high complex service selling within a global network to multinational OEM customers.
  • Understanding of technical and process fundamentals related to electronics and electromechanical products.
  • Proven track record of developing new business and markets.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to understand Profit and Loss modeling and sales impacts.
  • Experience working with senior-level executives.
  • Excellent team management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Business travel required 50-60%.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and client relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working and selling with vast remote cross-functional teams in large matrix organizations.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $153,000 to $175,000 annually.
  • Remote position with travel as necessary.
