The Sales Manager works closely with the Sales Executives (internal and field-Sales Knot), coaching, consulting, and developing. Helping to reinforce the Kemper Auto Sales model (coaching), guiding the Sales Executives in optimizing decisions around sales activities (consulting), and shepherding the team of Sales Executives to continue individual growth. The position involves leading a sales team across Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio areas, with regular travel in the Central and North Florida region.
