About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Works to maintain budgeted occupancy of LoomisCommunities, and supports growth of the Loomis Communities waiting list.
• Performs job functions in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the Loomis Communities.
• Adheres to The LoomisCommunities Compliance and Ethics Program.
• Demonstrates an awareness of, a respect for and attention to the diversity of the people with whom they interact (persons served, personnel, families/caregivers, and other stakeholders) that is reflected in attitudes, behavior and services.
• Completes phone calls, tours, and other contacts in a timely manner.
• Makes presentations and gives tours to potential residents.
• Maintains regular contact with a variety of referral sources as well as potential and waiting list prospects.
• Qualifies prospects for level of interest, physical need, age, financial ability, and desired date of occupancy.
• Ensures that all marketing inquiries and contacts are maintained in the marketing data base system.
• Works to identify and implement strategies and campaigns, including media, PR, newsletters, special events, website information, and other activities.
• Assists prospects with applications and move-in process.
• Demonstrates a willingness to work beyond normal hours when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years' experience in sales and marketing
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to relate well to all residents, including the emotionally upset.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the public.
• Ability to report to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
