Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a successful sales team to achieve sales goals.
Train and develop sales staff to maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments and build effective teams.
Facilitate the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

Requirements

High-volume, dealership Sales Manager experience with a proven track record of success (3-5 years required).
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a top-performing sales team.
Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice to Have

Closing skills and a great attitude.

Qualifications

3-5 years of high-volume dealership sales management experience.
