The Sales Manager role focuses on leading sales efforts for HVAC and plumbing service agreements and projects, combining technical knowledge, team leadership, and client relationship management to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Work with VP of Service in developing annual sales plans.
Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC and Plumbing service as well as service mechanical projects to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
Recruit, manage, motivate and guide a team of sales representatives.
Ensure the professional growth of your team through mentoring and training.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, developers, and facility managers.
Support sales efforts with technical expertise, including the preparation of proposals and presentations.
Lead contract negotiations for service and project agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, Business, or a related field is helpful.
At least 5 years of sales experience, including service and project sales.
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of sales, sales leadership, leading people and communication types.
Proven sales record.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, Business, or a related field.
