About the Role

The Service Sales Manager at Syserco is responsible for the growth of the Service Business Line and the management and retention of existing Service Customers. Key Responsibilities

Continue 20%+ Annual CAGR for Service Business
Work in a collaborative manner with the Manager of Service Operations to achieve Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, and Service Business goals
Work in a collaborative manner with the Construction Sales Manager to maximize Service Agreement Conversion Rate
Grow and develop the Service Sales Team
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring of the Service Salespeople on a one-on-one basis
Provide strategic direction and coaching to Service Salespeople to increase close rate and individual deal volume
Ensure all Service Salespeople have and are executing personal development plans

Requirements

10+ years of proven, successful Sales and/or Sales Management experience
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
Experience in the Building / Facilities Industry
Accomplished in and able to mentor reports on SPIN, Strategic Selling, Large Account Management (or equivalent)
Accomplished with and able to mentor reports on Financial Selling
Understanding of and accomplished in the selling of intangible services
Excellent sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and financial management skills
Motivational, inspirational front-line leader with the ability and desire to actively train, mentor, and develop the Service Sales Team

Nice to Have

Experience in the Building / Facilities Industry
Experience with Value Added sales

Qualifications

10+ years of proven, successful Sales and/or Sales Management experience
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
