As a Sales Producer on the Business Insurance team, you'll develop prospecting plans, network with centers of influence, deliver MMA's value proposition, and leverage referrals to develop new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive prospecting plan, including targets and methodology for developing prospects into clients.
Network centers of influence to develop new opportunities.
Deliver MMA's value proposition for each opportunity and align the Agency's resources and capabilities.
Leverage referral and targeted introductions from clients, prospects, and business relationships.

Requirements

Proven success in prospecting and self-generating a book of business through B2B selling.
Proficient in asking the right questions to establish credibility and understand client needs.
Experience in the middle to upper-middle market segment, typically generating between $25 million and $750 million in annual revenue.
Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
Must be assertive yet consultative.

Nice to Have

Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire.
BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field.
Business insurance industry experience.
Proven track record in developing new clients and retaining existing relationships.
Competitive spirit in a collaborative sales environment.
