This role is within the Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) team, specifically in the Enterprise MarOps Solutions (EMS) team, responsible for consultation and execution of marketing campaigns, process design, and MarTech transformation to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive marketing campaign consultation, project management support, solution design/process optimization and execution services to Marketing partners and key stakeholders across US Marketing.
  • Deeply understand the end-to-end marketing campaign execution journey to offer guidance on pre-execution planning, offer governance, campaign setup, creative review, channel setup, targeting, and post-launch activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Marketing, Product, GCO/Legal, Compliance, and Channel Delivery to align on campaign objectives, feasibility, and risk management.
  • Lead project management support for Limited Time Offer (LTO) launches throughout planning, execution, and post-launch stages, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with MarTech Product teams and stakeholders to identify and implement process transformation opportunities across the marketing lifecycle to improve speed, agility, efficiency, and quality.
  • Build expertise in AXP Marketing Operations, understanding MarTech products, processes, and capabilities to drive clarity, utilization, and process optimization.
  • Lead change management activities, share best practices, and promote process adoption across enterprise stakeholders for Marketing & Communications functions.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, interpret performance metrics, and recommend actions to enhance quality and operational performance.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to marketing colleagues and partners across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience, with previous experience in MarOps, Marketing, or Project Management considered a plus.
  • Passion for and interest in Marketing Operations (MarOps) and/or Project Management & Delivery, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Detail and process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to think end-to-end.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts simply and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative and service-minded with strong relationship and partner management skills to influence across multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leveraging a holistic perspective to design effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to delve into details to identify inefficiencies and lead strategic solutions.
  • Adaptable, curious, and able to operate independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Calm under pressure with experience managing last-minute changes, technical issues, and delays.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Slack.

Nice to Have

  • Experience or familiarity with workflow management tools/platforms such as Salesforce or Adobe.
