The Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, and focuses on leveraging data analysis, reporting, and tools to improve sales performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • With advanced efficiency in Excel, update, manage, and build complex reports, pivot tables, etc. to support the management of pipeline/forecasting workbooks.
  • Create analytical models to forecast sales trends, measure performance, and calculate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Track and interpret sales data using strong data analysis and reporting skills, and generate actionable insights.
  • Create clear PowerPoint presentations, effectively conveying complex data and insights to sales leadership and stakeholders.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other Sales Enablement tools, like Workfront, Placements IO, MediaRadar, for data updates, collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the sales teams using excellent communication skills.
  • Identify sales inefficiencies and propose strategies to improve performance through strong problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years previous work experience in sales analytics.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective multi-tasking and organization skills with the ability to deliver timely work.
  • Team player mentality and abilities to work well with cross-functional partners in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to Have

  • Work experience at a retailer or media company with strong familiarity of the retail media environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years experience) required.
