Senior Analyst, Search Engine Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords, Yahoo!, Bing, and bid management platforms including DS3, Marin, Kenshoo, and InsideVault.
• Develop and employ successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management to meet acquisition goals and efficiency metrics.
• Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for clients, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.
• Help develop test design roadmaps, quarterly planning initiatives, and identify and implement business opportunities.
• Lead portions of weekly reporting calls for clients, communicating key metrics, goal attainment, and optimization opportunities.
• Provide support to Manager level and above on forecasting and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of directly related Search Engine Marketing experience (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.).
• Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude, including advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills to measure SEM program success and identify expansion opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Self-starter with initiative, solutions-oriented mindset, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organization skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
