The Senior Associate, Offline Paid Marketing, Consumer, will develop integrated marketing strategies for the consumer business, focusing on offline media channels to enhance brand relevance and user engagement. This role involves managing media campaigns, collaborating with internal and external partners, and supporting the evolution of offline media approaches within a fast-growing, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day operational management of offline media channels and campaign execution, including media recommendation, budget management, and data/analytical reporting.
  • Work closely with agency partners to develop media and brand media integration strategies and tactical recommendations to grow brand consideration and health.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to inform media recommendations using consumer knowledge and data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools to analyze campaign performance and support succinct post-campaign reports and performance reporting cadences.
  • Build foundational understanding of the offline media mix and partner product offerings to contribute to and elevate go-to-market media plans.
  • Support establishing new processes and playbooks to optimize team operations and develop best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA a plus.
  • 4+ years managing and executing large-scale advertising campaigns across offline and/or brand marketing channels such as OTT/CTV, streaming audio, OOH, broadcast TV, and content.
  • Experience with paid media planning, buying, and optimization at an agency or in-house, ideally at a high-growth consumer brand.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including paid media, brand, content, and analytics.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills for engaging with senior leaders, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze detailed data, synthesize insights, and make data-driven decisions with a bias for action.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable tackling unsolved problems and building new processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with measurement tools and deep dive analysis.
  • Experience working in a high-growth consumer brand environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing and executing large-scale offline or brand marketing campaigns.

  • Competitive base salary within the range of $83,000-$122,000 USD, determined by skills and experience.
