About the Role

The Senior Brand Manager, Baby and Child Care (BCC) at Kimberly-Clark leads strategy and innovation for the Baby and Child Care portfolio, working with cross-functional and multinational teams to define strategy, identify pipeline gaps, and explore new growth opportunities for brands like Huggies. The role involves managing brand strategy, innovation initiatives, and portfolio expansion to deliver better care for billions of people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key elements of brand strategy, innovation strategy pipeline, and consumer-facing initiatives for Diapers portfolio globally.
  • Lead global priority scaling front end innovation initiatives for Diapers, partnering with cross-functional teams and lead markets.
  • Identify pipeline gaps and scaling opportunities for Innovation across Huggies aligned to Portfolio Vision.
  • Co-lead brand strategic initiatives like Brand Architecture and Huggies Portfolio of the future.
  • Explore and define new growth opportunities and categories for portfolio expansion through market development models and action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA or graduate level degree in related field preferred); and 10+ years of experience supporting a brand in innovation and consumer insights into product ideas (CPG) with entrepreneurial approach and driving new business models.
  • Globally oriented CPG Marketer with strong strategic business & brand building foundation, commercialization, and innovation skill set; understanding of R&E process and organization, project management, and experience driving growth in a matrix organization.
  • Experience managing others and supporting team development across regions; skills in Stakeholder Management and Strategic Foresight.
  • Experience in strategic marketing and brand management including segmentation, positioning, market research, consumer insights, new product development, pricing, promotions, advertising, and digital marketing.
  • Business / Commercial Acumen with analytical skills, financial understanding, mastery of innovation development, and understanding of key business drivers and consumer trends.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across functions and international markets, with strong communication skills.
