About the Role

The Senior Brand Manager, Baby and Child Care (BCC) at Kimberly-Clark leads strategy and innovation for the Baby and Child Care portfolio, working with cross-functional and multinational teams to define strategy, identify pipeline gaps, and explore new growth opportunities. The role involves managing brand strategy, innovation initiatives, and portfolio expansion for brands like Huggies, with a focus on delivering better care for billions of people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key elements of brand strategy, innovation strategy pipeline and consumer facing initiatives for Diapers portfolio globally.
  • Lead global priority scaling front end innovation initiatives for Diapers, partnering with cross-functional teams and lead markets.
  • Identify pipeline gaps and scaling opportunities for Innovation across Huggies aligned to Portfolio Vision.
  • Co-lead brand strategic initiatives like Brand Architecture and Huggies Portfolio of the future.
  • Explore and define new growth opportunities and categories for portfolio expansion options through market development model and action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA, or graduate level degree in related field preferred); and 10+ years of experience in supporting a brand in innovation and consumer insights into product ideas (CPG) with entrepreneurial approach and driving new business models.
  • Globally oriented CPG Marketer with strong strategic business & brand building foundation, commercialization, and innovation skill set; possesses a high level of understanding of the R&E process and organization, project management and a record of driving growth in a matrix organization.
  • Experience managing others and actively supporting the development of team members across regions; adept skills with Stakeholder Management and Strategic Foresight.
  • Strategic Marketing and Brand Management Skills: experience in all facets of marketing/brand management including segmentation, positioning, market research, consumer insight development, new product development, pricing, promotions, advertising, and digital marketing.
  • Business / Commercial Acumen: analytical skills, financial acumen, solid commercial grounding, mastery of innovation development process, and understanding of R&E organizations; ability to identify consumer trends and develop business-building strategies.
  • Building Relationships and Using Influence: excellent concise communication, collaborative team player, ability to build and sustain relationships across functions and international markets, with cultural sensitivity.
