Senior Brand Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with creative agencies and internal teams to optimize and streamline creative messaging and brand design, reflecting a deep understanding of brand positioning and strategy.
• Craft compelling creative that drives business results, including comprehensive brief development, creative management, and detailed reviews.
• Support the development, refinement, and dissemination of core brand artifacts, including messaging frameworks and brand guidelines.
• Maintain awareness of product proof points relevant to target audiences and provide recommendations on their placement across creative elements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to optimize creative performance by tracking messaging placements and relevant data.
• Monitor competitor messaging and industry trends to innovate and ensure the brand stays at the forefront.
• Support the development of positioning and messaging for new products, including naming and key reasons-to-believe, based on data and insights.
• Compile and present campaign plans and results to executives, clearly articulating brand performance and strategic recommendations.
• Manage messaging claims documents to ensure consistent and approved brand messaging across all team activations.
• Provide support to broader brand strategy projects and initiatives as directed.
• Lead coordination of messaging strategy implementation and manage the development of below-the-line creative.
• Oversee critical creative review functions, including approving messaging in briefs, reviewing creative rounds, and approving communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in brand messaging development, creative oversight, and contributing to brand strategy.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing effective brand messaging.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
• Proficient with Google platforms (Slides, Docs, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and a continuous learning mindset.
