Key Responsibilities

Lead the Cell Therapy marketing strategy and collaborate with Medical, Sales, and supporting functions
Inspire the Sales Force to achieve their maximum potential within the cell therapy/lymphoma market
Responsible for local strategic disease-planning and brand development
Track and analyze brand performance and results within the disease area
Manage disease-marketing investments
Maintain strong external relationships with opinion leaders and external customers
Implement a creative network by partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Collaborate closely with the global indication team and establish Germany as a trustworthy partner

Requirements

Natural science and/or Business Administration degree
Experience in the field of Cell Therapy, Oncology, or Specialty care is an advantage
Successful experience in a marketing position within the pharmaceutical market
Proven track record in digital and strategic marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills to develop targeted strategies
Excellent German and English written and oral communication skills
Experience with modern digital communication tools like Teams and other software
Ability to facilitate face-to-face or virtual meetings

Nice to Have

Sales and field experience as a product specialist

Qualifications

Educational background in natural sciences or Business Administration
