The role involves designing and executing lifecycle marketing programs to move prospects through every stage of the journey, working closely with cross-functional teams to build, test, and scale programs that impact pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs across email, organic, and paid channels to accelerate engagement, demo requests, and product adoption.
  • Own & execute lifecycle campaigns from concept to analysis, including copywriting, audience targeting, content creation, sales enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with product, growth, and data teams to identify lead firmographic and behavioral triggers, map journeys, and build personalized nurture streams that increase activation and retention.
  • Launch onboarding, re-engagement, and winback campaigns that guide users toward aha moments and drive usage across the company's multi-product suite.
  • Analyze performance across touchpoints and identify areas to optimize, shifting resources to effective strategies, testing new ideas, and scaling impactful initiatives.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across marketing, product-led growth, and sales to ensure messaging, timing, and experience are aligned across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or demand marketing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of using lifecycle marketing to improve activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Experience with marketing automation/email marketing software (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce), including building multi-step nurture campaigns.
  • Customer obsession with the ability to create punchy, specific copy.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation, journey building, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Analytical mindset capable of parsing complex data, spotting opportunities, and acting quickly.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute cross-functional initiatives with urgency.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment energized by experimentation and rapid iteration.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies and tools.
