The US Agency Development Sr. Director is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with our largest US agency clients. This role will own the Teads/Agency Operating Company relationship at the most senior level and is tasked with accelerating Teads US revenue, understanding the core goals and needs of our agency partners, increasing Teads adoption and increasing penetration of net new logos within their agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced in operating at all levels of matrixed organizations, strategic thinkers with the ability to earn the trust of partners internally and externally. Candidates must make data-driven decisions, have the ability to innovate and trailblaze, exceed US holding company targets, while prioritizing and delivering memorable experiences to Teads' media agency partners. You will be accountable for strategic partnerships, education and ideation directly with our media agency clients to influence opportunities within the US.
