Senior Director F&B Brand Development

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all activities of a cross-functional Brand F&B Product Solutions Development team, including creating F&B solutions across Hilton's Full Service brand category in the Americas.
• Develop enterprise and category solutions, prototypes, and brand standards to support on-property Food & Beverage programming and progressive F&B concepts.
• Conduct market research, evaluate and create F&B concepts for regional suitability, target audience, and alignment with Brand Standards.
• Develop well-defined F&B concepts for owners to address key areas including beverage, retail, breakfast, and GM&E.
• Develop well-defined Master Prototype F&B innovations for use as ready-to-use solutions by owners and operators and evaluate business opportunities for new and additional prototype concepts.
• Present detailed F&B concept briefs for review by internal and external partners.
• Socialize new programs and brand standards with F&B Operations and Brand Leaders in APAC and EMEA to ensure alignment.
• Build strong and effective business relationships with senior stakeholders in the region and support their goals and priorities.
• Advise owners, asset managers, and operators on Hilton's online Food & Beverage Portfolio of concepts.
• Review Brand Standards for relevance in the market and develop updates in collaboration with Brand Heads, Brand Performance Support, and F&B Operations.
• Lead projects, relationships, communications, and timelines with internal collaborators and third-party vendors.
• Direct the strategy and resourcing of Brand Food & Beverage programs, offerings, and activities across all brands globally.
• Identify brand-relevant restaurant operators and concept partners and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Fifteen (15) years of overall professional experience.
• Ten (10) years of Corporate Food & Beverage experience in a similar role.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Twenty-five percent (25%) travel time required.
• Demonstrated experience in Food & Beverage asset/prototype development and standards implementation.

Nice to Have

• Masters Degree in Hospitality, Culinary, Hotel Management or Business Degree.
• Ten (10) plus years of progressive Corporate F&B experience.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Hospitality, Culinary, Hotel Management, or Business (preferred).
• Experience in Food & Beverage asset/prototype development and standards implementation.
