Senior Director, Respiratory HCP Marketing Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Asthma and Pulmonary/Allergy strategy and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy with key specialist targets
• Develop Asthma focused messages supporting the sales organizations (both PULM and Allergist)
• Partner with the National Sales Director in the development of specialist focused planning to support the evolving Asthma competitive market and the growing pulmonary disease group
• Partner with Market Access to support reimbursement strategy and execution
• Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to establish the product as the biologic of choice in Asthma
• Ensure that marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered in compliance with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive life science experience
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related industry/relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong strategic and scientific competence
• Ability to operate in a high-paced launch environment and manage multiple projects
• Organizational agility and capability to reprioritize based on environmental changes
• Ability to collaborate with team members to develop educational programs and support materials
• Proven ability to work effectively across departments to ensure strategy development and program implementation
