LemFi (YC S21, Series B) is revolutionizing cross-border financial services for immigrants through its multi-currency platform, processing over $1 billion in monthly transactions. We provide instant remittances, foreign exchange services, and multi-currency accounts, all in one seamless experience. With 300+ employees across 15+ countries, our platform supports twelve currencies and integrates directly with local banks and mobile money providers, ensuring fast, low-cost transactions. LemFi is building a comprehensive financial ecosystem empowering immigrants with the financial tools they need to thrive-wherever they go. Our vision is to build the first full-stack financial services hub for the world's immigrant population.

Key Responsibilities

Build go to market and accelerated growth strategies for the US market.
Develop and execute comprehensive national marketing strategies tailored to assigned markets.
Monitor and analyse the performance of acquisition campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
Develop and assign growth targets to team members.
Develop job description and spearhead recruitment for staff to carry out marketing strategy.
Liaise with HR to support recruiting, interviewing and providing assessment materials.
Set KPIs and staff development targets and apply performance reviews.
Organize and assign growth KPIs to managed staff.
Utilize user and transaction details to assess growth.
Constantly analyze data to measure impact of marketing activities.
Leverage data to determine marketing budget investment decisions.
Propose and manage quarterly marketing budget.
Prepare and present market performance reports.
Work closely with product team to ensure performance of product is optimal.
Prioritize product and market fit.
Ensure an efficient feedback loop between users and product.

Requirements

At least 2 years of work experience, working in fast-paced environments in the capacity where you have honed in your analytical and strategy development skills.
Experience carrying out multi-prolonged marketing rollouts that includes ground and community marketing, influencer marketing and CRM.
You will be successful if you are entrepreneurial, ambitious, have a good work ethic and you are used to working against targets.
Good analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive growth.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Have previous experience conducting marketing to African diasporas.
Fluent in a second language is a plus.
