We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Growth Marketing) to lead advertising strategy and execution for our fast-growing portfolio of nonfiction titles. This role is key to driving discoverability, sales, and market share across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Amazon's advertising tools (AMS, Amazon Ads, Vendor Central), a proven track record of running and optimizing high-performing campaigns, and a passion for connecting readers with compelling nonfiction content. This role reports directly to the Publisher.
