About the Role

The Senior Manager - Partner Sales, AWS at Genpact is responsible for driving technology-related sales and business development in collaboration with AWS. The role involves managing joint go-to-market strategies, enabling sales activities, and fostering strong relationships with technology partners to support enterprise cloud and software solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop joint GTM success with technology partners, including tracking of sell-with and sell-through activities.
  • Build bridges and collaborate between partner and company field sales organizations to enable joint sales motions and trust.
  • Support and coordinate sales activities such as lead generation and sales enablement between AWS and Genpact.
  • Lead pipeline reviews to ensure accuracy within Salesforce.com and AWS ACE tracker.
  • Submit and manage funding requests for active joint opportunities with AWS.
  • Hold reviews with AWS and Genpact account management teams to identify best practices and lessons learned.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of scalable joint GTM models that drive partner and customer success.
  • Ensure key high-profile joint sales opportunities are sourced, developed, and closed.

Requirements

  • Technology-related sales experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.com.
  • Experience working with information technology customers and/or partners in roles such as account management, product management, program management, or business development.
  • Experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners.
  • Experience in Partner Sales or overlay sales roles, building collaboration between partner and company sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency with Amazon Partner Network portal.
  • Experience orchestrating resources across organizations to support Sell-With and GTM activities with AWS.
  • Ability to create and maintain long-term, scalable joint GTM models.
  • Experience leading pipeline reviews and managing funding requests for joint opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Post Graduate / Masters preferred).

  • Approximate annual base compensation range of $80,000 to $100,000, with total compensation and benefits determined by experience and location.
