Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning, value proposition, and industry narrative that resonates with customer challenges and differentiates our product from its competitors.
  • Fully understand the Seramount buyers and personas, industry and market trends, and the competitive landscape; translate product features into customer benefits and conduct market research.
  • Partner with sales teams to create enablement assets such as training decks, FAQs, ROI calculators, case studies, one-pagers, and demos to support sales efforts.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing content calendar and craft marketing materials including blogs, infographics, webinars, insights papers, and case studies for multiple channels.
  • Drive agenda creation for in-person and virtual executive roundtables, ensuring content and speaker selection align with event themes and target audiences.
  • Use performance metrics to refine content strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with digital and demand generation teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging, build consensus, and ensure engagement inside and outside of marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4+ years of producing B2B content or equivalent B2B experience.
  • Strong communicator and writer with the ability to clearly express complex ideas and adapt language for various mediums and audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract insights to tailor messaging and iterate strategy.
  • Experience developing sales enablement tools in partnership with commercial teams.
  • Strong design skills using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Strong collaboration skills and receptivity to feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to ideate, strategize, and manage projects from beginning to end.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, lean environment with a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to travel to industry conferences and events approximately 4 times a year.

  • Knowledge of the education sector or institutional markets.
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics and demand generation.

Qualifications

  • Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B content creation and marketing.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with sales enablement and marketing tools.
