Senior Marketing Manager - AdventHealth Zephyrhills

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic, integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, grow consumer brand preference, and increase market share for AdventHealth Zephyrhills and Dade City.
• Collaborate with corporate, division, and hospital marketing teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives for key service lines.
• Serve as a brand ambassador to build and manage community relationships.
• Develop consumer volume-driving strategies to grow volumes and build consumer loyalty through various communication channels such as advertising, social media, and paid media.
• Manage advertising strategies and tactics to differentiate the hospital, build market preference, and grow market share, including measuring KPIs like ROMI.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and budgets to meet branding, volume, market share, and service line goals.
• Manage the marketing operating budget in collaboration with the Executive Director.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of the competitive landscape, including competitors, technology, and new physicians, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Advertising, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in strategic and integrated marketing communications, including management of key functions such as strategic marketing, brand strategies, advertising, promotional plans, revenue growth strategies, agency relationships, and community partnerships.
• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience with a proven track record of leading and managing a team for results.
• Experience working in a healthcare marketing, advertising agency, or strategic and integrated marketing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 7+ years of marketing experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience in healthcare marketing or advertising agency
