This role is responsible for advancing program engagement, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring T-Mobile Tuesdays continues to deliver industry-leading customer appreciation. You will be the go-to lead for all things engagement—using insights, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to influence the program's evolution. This is a hybrid position based in the greater Seattle, Washington area, requiring work in the office three days per week.
