About the Role

The Senior Program Manager, Digital Experimentation (Remote) is responsible for leading the experimentation function for a major digital retail platform. This role involves strategic planning, test design, and analysis for A/B testing programs to shape the customer experience for millions of users. The position requires managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, analytics, and engineering, with a focus on transforming data into actionable insights in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of A/B tests and experimentation programs.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define requirements and document new experiments.
Analyze test results to ensure accuracy, provide clear customer insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Maintain a repository of past experiments to inform future strategies and improve the overall program impact.
Support training and community activities to promote a culture of data-driven experimentation.

Requirements

Proven experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits.
Strong background in Online/Digital UX and eCommerce best practices.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital experimentation and strategic planning.
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in a digital environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
