We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team at the Doubletree Orlando by Hilton at SeaWorld.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group related opportunities with significant revenue potential.
Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
Achieves personal and team related revenue goals.
Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Provides service to our customers to grow the account on behalf of the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld.

Requirements

A minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality or related major OR 4 years' experience in Hotel Sales at a hotel with 500 rooms or more.
Previous hotel sales experience is required.
Great communication skills and stellar relationship development abilities.
Experience in a hotel environment is preferred, Hilton experience is a plus but not required.
This position is eligible for a bonus program based on achieving set goals.

Qualifications
