The Senior Specialist, Global Demand Generation Programs role is responsible for developing strategies and demand creation programs that integrate multiple marketing disciplines to drive brand awareness, audience consideration, and quality lead capture into our pipeline. This position is a hybrid role based out of Lake Mary, FL, focusing on corporate marketing programs aimed at decision makers and influencers involved in purchase decisions for FARO's market segments.

Key Responsibilities

Work with integrated marketing segment leaders and product marketing to align programs to specific audiences, buyer personas, and product lines.
Help create engaging prospects, educate, and build momentum during the buyer consideration process to drive prospect conversion into sales accepted leads.
Develop and implement scaled marketing programs that increase market awareness, relationships, and purchase consideration based on meeting the buyer's needs.
Manage all tactics required for segment campaigns using JIRA Project Management System to meet deadlines and keep stakeholders informed.
Partner with the Integrated Marketing Director, Sales, Segment Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to plan and execute marketing campaigns and programs.
Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Team to develop and execute assets and tactics for demand generation programs.
Test new tools, approaches, and channels to innovate and scale programs with an emphasis on integrated marketing and global applicability.
Optimize campaigns and programs based on insights from monitoring and analyzing results.

Requirements

BA/BS in marketing or a relevant field.
Ideally 6+ years' experience in similar functional roles or equivalent work experience.
Marketing experience in B2B, preferably in technology-based industries.
Proven experience in demand generation strategy development and execution.
Strong campaign orchestration, message optimization, persona, and buying cycle experience.
Understanding of pipeline lead/customer flow and how demand programs impact the funnel.
Ability to understand complex issues, frame insights, and communicate recommendations simply and effectively.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks within deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent messaging, verbal, and written communication skills.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in marketing or a relevant field.
6+ years' experience in demand generation or similar roles.
