Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Visionary Brand Marketing Strategy by defining the modern 'Lincoln Center Experience,' driving audience engagement, donor and patron value alignment, community relations, and cross-campus messaging.
  • Generate bold ideas and innovative campaigns, partnerships, activations, and memorable experiences to build awareness and affinity for Lincoln Center performances and programs.
  • Align promotional campaigns with organic social media strategies and storytelling around artists and performances, including real-time audience experiences.
  • Strengthen brand equity by analyzing audience data, market research, and competitive intelligence to enhance positioning and engagement strategies.
  • Utilize analytics, segmentation, and predictive modeling to optimize the audience journey and expand the organization's reach.
  • Develop and implement research-backed engagement strategies to foster patron loyalty and broaden accessibility.
  • Establish internal metrics to evaluate progress and impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a shared blueprint for audience and visitor experience across Lincoln Center.
  • Partner with Artistic Programming and Education teams on performance marketing strategies.
  • Support revenue, product innovation, and stewardship goals through proactive collaboration with Advancement and Venue Sales teams.
  • Oversee digital storytelling efforts to amplify Lincoln Center's cultural influence and support technology priorities for website, ticketing, and content distribution.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing and design team, ensuring alignment of strategy, structure, and resources with organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in senior brand strategy and creative marketing roles, preferably in live performance arts, entertainment, technology, or creative sectors.
  • Proven success in audience/consumer development, engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Experience leading high-impact teams and strategies.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Business acumen with a tech-forward orientation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'can do' attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Disposition for thoughtful experimentation and innovation driven by key metrics.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for making the arts accessible, relevant, and reflective of societal evolution.
  • Completed undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in arts, culture, or entertainment sectors.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and predictive modeling.
