Social and Digital Content Specialist - LANGE Shared Services

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements social media strategies for multiple LANGE brands across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plans, schedules, and publishes social media content, managing calendars and posting schedules.
• Monitors platform trends, audience engagement, and analytics, using insights to inform and optimize future content.
• Produces and edits some short-form video content for social channels as needed.
• Engages with online communities, responds to inquiries, and fosters positive brand interactions.
• Collaborates closely with Graphic Designers and Videography to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
• Continuously researches, tests, and implements the latest AI-powered tools for content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community management.
• Serves as the internal resource on social media trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing social media channels for brands or organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or a combination of experience and education.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform social media strategies.
• Experience creating and publishing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt new AI and digital tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting multiple brands or a complex brand portfolio.
• Prior experience in both B2B and B2C social media environments.
• Familiarity with social listening and advanced analytics platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered content creation, video editing, or social analytics tools.
• Comfort being on camera and/or directing on-camera talent.
• Experience collaborating with videographers, content creators, or creative teams.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
