About the Role

The Social Media and Marketing Manager at Atlas Capital, LLC is responsible for assisting with marketing efforts, creating web pages to attract traffic, collaborating with team members, researching new advertising opportunities, and creating AdWords campaigns. The role offers an opportunity for an entry-level marketer or intern to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting within a diverse company that operates pawn shops, title loans, rental properties, retail properties, bars, real estate loans, a car rental service, and a roofing company. The work environment is a quiet office with flexible hours, and the company encourages growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with marketing efforts, including creating web pages to draw in traffic.
Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects.
Research new advertising opportunities.
Create AdWords campaigns to promote the created pages.
Potentially perform operational duties such as fixing listings and updating directories.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a 4-year degree or a recent college graduate.
A desire to learn accounting.
Some skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Chat GPT, and WordPress.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
At least a high school education and some college experience.

Nice to Have

Experience with Google AdWords.
Experience with web development or creating web pages.
Interest in marketing and advertising strategies.

Qualifications

Some college experience or a recent college graduate.
Desire to learn accounting.
