About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting a salon owner on brand photoshoots and shooting content in the facilities each week
• Creating reels, social media posts, and other content
• Managing social media profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Planning and executing social media campaigns
• Monitoring and analyzing social media analytics
• Engaging with followers and responding to inquiries
• Researching competitive brands or markets
• Developing and executing social media campaigns that drive business
• Creating an online voice or image for the client that is desirable and reaches the targeted demographic
• Managing the company's online presence by creating and sharing content, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and tracking metrics
• Developing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborating with designers, photographers, videographers, writers, or subject-matter experts to optimize content

Requirements

• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Videography experience
• Interest in beauty
• Administrative experience
• Familiarity with Google Docs
• Ability to film and shoot content
• Entry level experience in social media or related fields
