About the Role

The Social Media Coordinator at Phoenix Park 'n Swap, part of Delaware North Sportservice, is responsible for establishing and growing the social media presence for the location. The role involves creating engaging content, conducting interviews, taking photos, engaging with guests, and posting across major social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

Collect and prepare content during scheduled shifts and special events
Create and post engaging, visually appealing content multiple times per week across major social media platforms
Interact with the public both in person and through social media to build rapport and understand audience needs
Apply online marketing strategies, including SEO, to boost visibility and reach
Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to stay current with the evolving social media landscape

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
High school education or GED required
Must be available to work Wednesday evenings and Sunday day shifts
SEO knowledge
Experience with video editing
Proficiency in using social media management tools
Fluency in English and Spanish
Frequent standing and walking during entire shift
