About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create & manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Craigslist
• Build brand identity across trucking, junk removal, and real estate businesses
• Run Google Ads and targeted lead-generation campaigns
• Assist with website design & development
• Respond to online inquiries and drive engagement
• Generate qualified leads through online marketing and campaigns
• Track results & provide growth reports
• Coordinate with management to align campaigns with company goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools a plus)
• Video editing (short-form content for TikTok/Instagram Reels) a plus
• Experience running Google Ads / PPC campaigns
• Website design & development skills are a strong plus
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and hit growth targets

Nice to Have
