Key Responsibilities

Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram/Reels, and YouTube.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Copy edit and proofread social media copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Drive employee advocacy through strategic initiatives such as a weekly newsletter, expanding platform reach, and orchestrating engaging contests.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels promptly and professionally.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team, making recommendations for improvements.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms.
Assist in creating visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to complement social media posts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in managing social media platforms.
Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret results to improve strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of social media and employee advocacy management tools (e.g., Marketo, Sprinklr, EveryoneSocial).
Understanding of reporting best practices and ability to present data in a digestible format.
Effective communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.
Comfortable with change and growth — open to evolving ideas, shifting priorities, and adapting to different communication styles or creative directions as the brand and team grow.
