About the Role

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney's multiple television networks. At OMG23, we partner with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of integrated ad campaigns for iconic brands across movies and TV. The Walt Disney Studios team works on blockbuster films from various banners, while the Disney Entertainment TV teams handle tune-in and streaming content for networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic, and FX. We live movies and TV, and are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, execute, and report on paid social efforts across various social media platforms (Meta, X, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Create and develop complex audience targeting
  • Post and boost client content on various social channels
  • Manage daily budget pacing
  • Demonstrate proficiency with basic bid management and optimizations
  • Conduct thorough QA of all campaign executions and reporting
  • Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Recognize campaign issues and escalate appropriately
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on clients' goals and data analysis
  • Forecast and execute paid search strategies on Google, Bing, and YouTube Discovery
  • Develop, manage, execute, and report on paid search campaigns including account setup, strategy development, and management
  • Oversee ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives
  • Manage daily campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions
  • Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Use reporting, analytics, and trend tools (e.g., Doubleclick Search, Google Trends)
  • Forecast and track paid search demand and communicate findings to the client

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree - Marketing Degree, Business Degree desired
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience planning, executing and optimizing paid search and paid social marketing campaigns
  • Basic understanding of online marketing including SEM, SEO, display and paid social
  • Strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to articulate and communicate clearly in meetings
  • Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround environment
  • Self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and adaptable
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem solving and critical thinking
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proven team player and works well under pressure
  • Strong Excel skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with trend tools such as Doubleclick Search, Google Trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (desired)

Working at Omnicom Media Group

The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office with two days remote. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. The number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time based on business needs.
