The role involves contributing to the US Consumer Services Team, which manages a suite of consumer products, services, and experiences, including lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, travel and lifestyle services, and marketing programs across various channels. The US Consumer Marketing team focuses on making membership essential through world-class marketing that drives demand and engagement across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence development of new customer-centric marketing that will deliver incremental accepts and revenue across lending proven treatments in the Email & Direct Mail channels
  • Influence our strategy and results by identifying new opportunities, innovating our tactics, and applying a test & learn approach
  • Analyze monthly results reporting, forecasting and budget activities for respective treatments
  • Optimize targeting/segmentation strategy in close partnership with Data Analytics, Card Product, Risk, and Finance teams
  • Develop compelling marketing creatives, form learning agendas, modernize journeys, and ensure flawless operational execution
  • Analyze complex campaign performance data to drive creative strategies that align with broader team goals
  • Partner, build internal relationships, and influence key partners while thriving in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability developing & executing marketing; experience in Email, Direct Mail or Digital marketing preferred
  • Strong financial intelligence and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to partner, build internal relationships and influence key partners
  • Excellent business knowledge, clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and managing complex data to derive insights
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Customer centric marketer who can translate insights into strategies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and managing multiple priorities

  • Experience in growth marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing channels
