The role involves supporting the US Consumer Marketing Enablement Team in executing omni-channel marketing campaigns, particularly for cobranded partners like Hilton, and leading a team of contractors to ensure efficient campaign delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of contractors to drive end-to-end marketing campaign setup and delivery across respective channels.
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand offer constructs and define implementation strategies for new offers, product launches, and refreshes.
  • Develop and lead go-to-market planning and execution for key marketing campaigns, new business objectives, or testing plans across digital, email, direct mail, face-to-face, and customer loyalty channels.
  • Collaborate with partners on messaging and creative development, owning reviews with internal stakeholders and approvals with brand, legal, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines and campaign execution calendars and track team capacity.
  • Participate in campaign results analysis, understand customer behavior, and provide recommendations to improve performance against goals.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and development of new team members, mentoring junior colleagues, and leading quarterly development conversations.
  • Uphold risk culture and control management priorities by driving operational excellence and owning risk management processes.
  • Manage technical aspects of bonusing processes with partners and ensure alignment across the business.
  • Support platform enhancements and integration for Marketingforce and other tools.

Requirements

  • Project management experience and organization skills, with the ability to manage tight timelines and multiple priorities while ensuring flawless execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-focused problem-solving approach.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships to create solutions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to implement impactful solutions that drive results.
  • Desire to learn in a fast-paced, results-oriented, dynamic team environment.
  • Collaborative approach to drive projects and initiatives to completion.
  • Marketing campaign execution experience within financial services preferred.
  • Experience with training, onboarding, or people management is a plus.
