About the Role

The Sr. Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist at Esri is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of A/B tests, supporting personalization through testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities, and developing strategies to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and content performance. The role involves staying current with trends in content and conversion rate optimization and applying best practices to enhance website and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report on the performance of A/B tests and support personalization through A/B testing of personalized content.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, analysts, researchers, campaign managers, and product marketing managers to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Present findings and insights to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for future testing and optimization strategies.
  • Analyze website and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improving user engagement, conversion rates, and content performance.
  • Develop hypotheses and create test plans to validate these hypotheses.
  • Create, execute, and analyze A/B tests aimed at optimizing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content optimization, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in website optimization and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficient with A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.
  • Strong understanding of and proficiency with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mouseflow.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to document and maintain all A/B testing using Airtable or equivalent tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and website design best practices.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, web analytics, data science, or related field.
