Sr. Director, Enterprise Field & Partner Marketing - Americas

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies for enterprise customers and prospects across the Americas, including Field Marketing, Alliance Partner Marketing, and SI Partner Marketing.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 10 to 15 demand generation professionals.
• Drive strategic alignment with Sales leadership to develop and implement marketing programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Oversee planning and execution of field marketing activities such as events, webinars, and localized campaigns to engage enterprise accounts.
• Develop and manage marketing programs with alliance and SI partners to co-generate demand and accelerate joint sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Digital Campaigns team to ensure integrated digital execution and optimize online program performance.
• Partner with the ABM/ABX team to design and implement personalized marketing initiatives for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new demand generation opportunities and refine strategies.
• Manage budget allocation and demonstrate ROI on marketing programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise demand generation, field marketing, and channel/partner marketing.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing diverse marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and marketing’s role in generating and accelerating opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Experience developing and executing innovative digital marketing programs in partnership with digital campaigns and ABX teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in the identity or cybersecurity industry.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).

• Annual base salary range between $232,000 and $348,000 USD (depending on location and experience).
