This is a hybrid role based out of Columbia Sportswear's HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The position involves leading omnichannel growth marketing efforts, managing a team dedicated to leveraging consumer insights to drive brand marketing, consumer acquisition, and growth of the Direct-To-Consumer business. The role reports directly to the SVP & Head of Marketing and focuses on integrated paid, organic, and retail marketing with a social-first consumer acquisition strategy rooted in storytelling and digital content.
