The Sr. Director, Learning and Development - Sales is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing innovative learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. This role will focus on developing strategies that drive sales excellence, improve customer engagement, and support the overall growth objectives for 6000 sellers across Honeywell. This is a corporate position that will support all Honeywell SBGs and Sellers across the globe with multiple matrix reports. It will report directly to the VP, Channel & Sales Excellence and sit in Charlotte, NC.
