About the Role

The Sr. Director of Solution & International Marketing at DocuSign is responsible for owning the narrative around the company's solutions and technology, crafting and sharing the company's story globally in an engaging and persuasive manner. This role involves managing a team of solutions and product marketers to develop go-to-market strategies, lead sales plays, define positioning, and drive demand through complex enterprise sales. The position reports to the Vice President, Product & Customer Marketing and involves a hybrid work arrangement in Seattle, Washington.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, lead, run, and measure solution marketing and sales plays to showcase the value of DocuSign's product and capabilities to target markets
  • Responsible for the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of DocuSign's Solutions
  • Partner with Demand Generation to define market segmentation and campaign strategy
  • Lead efforts to create high impact messaging and assets required in the regions to implement
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure that content, tools, and other solution marketing assets are effectively deployed and used by the field
  • Support strategic customer and internal events by owning development of presentations, sessions, and training
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure new products and functionalities are featured, packaged, priced, launched, and communicated effectively in solutions

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product marketing (or similar) experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • 7+ years of people management experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that drive product and solutions adoption
  • Experience collaborating and driving alignment cross-functionally with teams across product and sales
  • Experience creating and leading sales plays with measurable impact

Nice to Have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MBA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong record of successful people management and leadership
  • Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management, or Document Generation
  • Self-starter who can drive cross functional initiatives with minimal guidance
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles in B2B SaaS
  • 7+ years of people management experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
