Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and ensure our solutions align with their goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing progress, results, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
  • Utilize data and insights to create informative and visually appealing materials that support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement client success plans that drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services that benefit the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and address any issues that arise.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to proactively identify potential challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with technical, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client success.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • A customer-centric and growth mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Good critical thinking skills to address issues with client accounts.
  • Initiative-taking, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn CRM software.
  • A good understanding of Visa's money movement products or services would be beneficial.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related role in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in managing and growing key client accounts.
  • Knowledge of Visa's money movement products or services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience, or a PhD with 2 years of experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $135,200 to $196,300 USD per year, potentially including sales incentives.
