About the Role

The Sr. Enterprise Paid Media Manager at Coursera is responsible for managing and scaling paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft to drive enterprise customer acquisition. This role involves owning and expanding current paid efforts, piloting new advertising opportunities across multiple platforms, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as brand, regional marketing, data science, product, and media agencies. The position supports Coursera's mission to create universal access to world-class learning by attracting new enterprise customers including businesses, governments, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and drive acquisition efforts for the enterprise business segment via paid media channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Report and analyze campaign performance weekly and monthly; develop insights and present quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify the highest-impact testing opportunities to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, SEO, Brand, Data Engineering, and Product teams to ensure incremental ROI-positive performance while effectively communicating the brand.
  • Work with regional teams to ensure localized paid media campaigns support global targets cost-effectively.
  • Share and maintain global best practices that can be adapted regionally.
  • Partner with Data Science and Finance teams to understand LTV/CAC rates of paid customers.
  • Work with media agency partners to implement and execute strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience owning enterprise marketing goals and managing marketing budgets using paid media platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • 3+ years of experience using data visualization tools, Excel, SQL, or other data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated history managing paid media campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, SEO, and organic social.
  • Experience partnering with brand or creative teams to formulate or optimize campaign messaging.

  • Background in SEM/PPC.
